PARS

Overview

PARS is a Department of Transportation online system used by businesses to search for driver or vehicle abstracts. WIN provides support for processing enrollment/update paperwork and some general troubleshooting. Users sometimes refer to driver or vehicle abstracts as: MVR, driver history, driver check, driver background, etc.

Please note that the PARS portal website has changed. If a caller states they are getting a 404 error from a bookmark, Employer Notification email, or the Renewal Link in the PARS site, please have them use the web address below.
